Job brief

We are looking for a Tour and Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Responsibilities

• Keeping all accounting entries up- to-date;
• Filing direct and indirect taxes;
• Preparation and processing of payroll and salary statements;
• Reconciliation of Bank, third party accounts, direct and indirect taxes;
• Preparation of/ for account confirmations from various third- parties;
• Payment Follow up;
• Preparation and reconciliation of various final accounting reports;
• Preparation of other accounting reports;
• Bank related tasks;
• Preparation of various financial ratios, analysis, and reports;
• Conduct year-end financial closures and coordinate the annual audit
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Salary – 8,000-9,000 Gross Monthly Salary

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

• Three years relevant working experience in a tour and travel company
• Degree in Accounting and finance related subjects
