New Flower General Trading P.L.C has engaged in the different business ventures of manufacturing, import, export and construction areas. Our company is looking for Operation Officer to assist the operational areas.

Duties and responsibilities of operation officers

• Prepare documents and receipts, and ensuring proper tax is implemented during purchase or refund requests.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts;
• Maintaining records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Processes payments which involve ensuring all payments are adequately supported by appropriate documentation;
• Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with finance and procurement regulations;
• Ensure expenses are authorized and processed in accordance with agreed procedures and according to the finance regulation;
• Maintain accounting records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, well archived, and safeguarded;
• Prepare Cheque and balance the daily account at the end of each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

• Educational qualification B.A in Accounting from recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in operational areas of Manufacturing, Import, export and construction.
