Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.

  Accounting Operations:

• Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, expense reimbursements, and bank statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Assist with audit preparations and internal control evaluations.

  financial analysis

• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Develop recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting. education or certification in finance administration is a plus.
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the textile industry or corporate accounting department.
• Previous work experience in textile sector is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Proficient in peach-tree software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
