Job Summary: 

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accountant to join our Finance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end closing procedures, and providing support for various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Accounts Payable: 

Process invoices, maintain vendor records, and ensure timely payments.

• Accounts Receivable: 

Process customer invoices, manage collections, and monitor outstanding balances.

• Bank Reconciliation: 

Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.

• General Ledger: 

Assist with maintaining the general ledger, recording transactions, and preparing journal entries.

• Financial Reporting:

Prepare various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: 

Assist with the budgeting process and provide financial analysis as needed.

• Data Entry and Analysis:

Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and analyze financial information to identify trends and anomalies.

• Compliance: 

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Other Duties: 

Assist with other financial tasks as assigned, including special projects.

About You

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
