ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The senior accountant is responsible for the execution of a wide range of financial services ensuring timeliness, efficiency and transparent use of financial resources and delivery of services in FIDO.
• Monitor project budget and financial expenditures and their conformity to the work-plan;
• Actively participate in Annual Work Plan and Budget preparations of the organization;
• Prepare financial reports as per the approved budget and standard reporting templates;
• Prepare evaluation reports, periodic project reports, project audits, and update projects files;

Job Requirement

• BA in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Five years of relevant experience in providing financial management and accounting services, and operational systems;
• Relevant finance and administrative experience in program/project support services
• Has good knowledge of Peachtree application
