Job Requirement

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance field of study from a recognized University.

Experience:

• A minimum of one (1) year service in Business Organization.
• Insurance experience for all job positions is preferable

Additional qualities and competencies required

• Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
• Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE;
• Considerable share management principles and practices
• Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives
• Good knowledge of design develops, test & implement new software program and database for System Administration Officer.
• Highly oriented in customer service
• Ability to identify & resolve problems
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Good knowledge of computer application
• Dedication , hardworking capacity, Dependable & Team Player
