Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day accounting transactions.
  • Assisting in development of computer programs in maintaining capital projects system.
  • Coordinating work flow and procedures between finance and other departments.
  • Recording daily sales transactions and expenses with Peachtree/ ERP software.
  • Collecting and monitoring very day Z report
  • Sending the day to day Z report to Finance department
  • Making sure that all transaction has valid receipts
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Food Court, including scheduling, staff management (cleaning service agents), and customer service.
  • Follow strictly policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the food court vendors to ensure that food is prepared to the highest
  • Supervising that the vendors follows strictly ENOCK PLC rules and regulation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management and Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills
  • Excellent Leadership quality
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
