Job Overview: –

The accountant will be responsible for every accounting department activity and is required to contribute in the enhancement of the department performance.

Main responsibilities and duties: –

• Following up on full preparation and accuracy of General Ledger with GBS
• Uploading of corporate invoices and preparation of payment request
• Following up and communicate with suppliers/customers and banks.
• Preparations and documentation of tax declarations and other accounting related documents
• Helping as relief cashier in the absence of the main cashier
  Admin tasks
• Other tasks requested by management

Reports to: Finance Manager

Job Requirements

Educational background: – BA degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.

Other qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Commendable persuasive skills in accounting, finance and administration skills of shipping/logistic sector background or knowledge
• Professional qualifications in accounting and use experience in the usage of accounting software like sage premium, SharePoint
