About This Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Manager (AM) for CU SEA team to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of our customers’ business, operations, and objectives. The Account Manager is required to actively mobilize and lead internal teams to deliver effective end to end solutions to our customers. The AM must ensure that all solutions have an efficient transition from sales to delivery. Develop credible customer and internal relationships. The AM should be passionate about delighting our customer.

What You Will Do

  • Your responsibility will be to improve customer happiness
  • You are encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitable business for Ericsson
  • The role includes close working and co-operation within the account team
  • You will drive business growth by leading a dedicated, customer focused, Ericsson team. The team will be responsible for planning sales opportunities organizational capability and establishment, bid engagement, service & technical sales activities
  • All sales related activities required in the Ericsson sales process including the use of special sales tools

You will bring

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related subject area, Master’s degree will be an advantage
  • 5-8 years of experience in relationship sales required with at least 3-5 years in the ICT industry
  • Demonstrated technical ability: Full Portfolio knowledge (Digital Services, Radio Access Network & managed Services)
  • Prior experience in customer facing role from telecom industry
  • You should be comfortable in leading C level relationships
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • You will need to have strong customer and market insight
