ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for fully understanding clients’ needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.
• Oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards
• Communicates with clients and gathers information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
• Meets with the senior management to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
• Develops budgets and timelines for clients and Zeleman
• Coordinates teams to meet project milestones
• Setup new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BA and MA graduate in related field
• Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Proven presentation and negotiating skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• People leadership skill
• Proven time management skill
• English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related function
