The International Solidarity Foundation (ISF) is a Finnish development organization, founded in 1970. ISF development programme 2022-25 aims to prevent harmful practices and violence against women and girls (VAWG) and improve women’s livelihood resilience in Kenya, Somaliland, Puntland, and the Somali region in Ethiopia.

Ethiopia is a new programme country for ISF. The ISF Ethiopia team consists of a Country Director and a Finance and Admin Coordinator based in Addis Ababa, and two thematic field coordinators.

About Job

ISF is now recruiting a Field Coordinator/Gender-Based Violence and a Field Coordinator/Livelihood, to be based in the Somali region, Ethiopia. The Field Coordinators support the planning, implementation and monitoring of the ISF programme in their area of responsibility. The core functions are:

• Support partners in project planning, budgeting and implementation, including preparation of project documents, problem solving, testing of new ideas, capacity development and networking.
• Monitor project implementation, including analysis of project reports, activities and results.
