About the Position

Mathios Meba Cosmetics Manufacturing One Member PLC is looking for a qualified, motivated, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Production Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling production operations to ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining required quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.

  Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan.
• Managing production processes efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Supervising production staff and ensuring effective utilization of manpower and resources.
• Monitoring the availability and proper utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and other production resources.
• Ensuring compliance with production procedures, GMP, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Identifying production problems and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinating with Quality Control, Maintenance, Store, and other relevant departments.
• Monitoring production performance and preparing regular production reports.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and production operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality control, workplace safety, and manufacturing standards is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team-management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and organize multiple production activities effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet production targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when operational requirements demand.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, accountability, and commitment to quality.
• High level of integrity and professional work ethic.
