Job Summary

The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness and drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote our products/services, formulate innovative campaigns, and analyses market trends to maximize our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the firm’s marketing and business development strategy
• Lead brand positioning, market visibility, and client engagement initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Coordinate proposal preparation, tender submissions, and client presentations
• Manage digital marketing platforms, website content, and social media presence
• Organize seminars, workshops, networking events, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support service promotion for audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services
• Prepare marketing reports and track business development KPIs
• Strengthen client relationship management and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development, or corporate communications
• Experience in professional service firms is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of branding, proposal development, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
