The Company is currently seeking to recruit qualified and competent professionals for various positions in consultancy, engineering, architecture, branding, procurement, and finance functions.

General Requirements and Application Procedures

1. All positions are based in Addis Ababa.
2. Salary and Benefits
   Salary and benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s approved Salary Scale and Benefits Structure.
3. Educational Requirements
   Applicants must have graduated from a recognized and accredited university.
4. Academic Performance
   Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and above.
5. Additional Requirement for Junior Positions
   Applicants applying for Junior Management Consultant, Junior Architect Officer, and Junior Quantity Surveyor positions must be graduates of the years 2024/25, or 2025/26 only.
6. Application Period
