Elegance offers Event management services as well as on demand ride hailing and delivery services via world’s most popular mobile app, Yango Pro for the drivers and just Yango for passengers. We are the pioneer franchise business Partner of Ride-Technology Global FZ-LLC., Yandex Group’s affiliated transport service provider company head quartered in Dubai, UAE. Currently this giant technology company provides ride hailing services over five continent and thirty countries across the globe. We connect drivers with passengers and businesses with consumers.

Reports to General Manager

Job Purpose / Role Summary

Provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Company, managing correspondence, scheduling, document control, and visitor coordination to ensure the Manager’s office operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Manager’s calendar, meeting scheduling arrangements.
  • Draft, format, and distribute official correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and reports in Amharic and English.
  • Maintain a structured document management system for all incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
  • Receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, and emails directed to the Manager’s.
  • Coordinate between the Manager and all department heads for meetings, reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing documents for management meetings and external stakeholder visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive correspondence and management communications.
  • Support HR & Admin Head with administrative tasks.
About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience in a corporate or Transportation industrial.
