Role Overview
The Senior Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance functions, ensuring robust systems to support multi-sector operations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and the ability to align financial management with Testi Trading’s growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Ethiopian and international accounting standards.
• Lead financial risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Supervise finance teams across multiple zones, ensuring timely reporting and accountability.
• Manage cash flow, investment planning, and resource allocation for coffee, mining, and health projects.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards and financial monitoring tools for real-time oversight.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO, General Manager and Board on financial sustainability and expansion.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies to maintain strong institutional relationships.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications Education:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in export, agribusiness, or multi-sector companies.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, compliance, and financial systems design.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, IFRS, and international trade finance.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system skills; experience with integrated dashboards is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
