ARCON Design Build PLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Assistant Drilling Operator to support drilling operations on project sites. The role involves assisting with rig setup, equipment handling, site safety, and daily drilling activities under the guidance of senior operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs and equipment.
• Help with site preparation, rig setup, and material handling.
• Support core sampling, labeling, and documentation tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized worksite.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical or operational issues.
• Work closely with the drilling team to meet project timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Completion of secondary school education (10th grade or above).
• Technical or vocational training in mechanics or construction is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, drilling, or mechanical support roles.
• Prior experience assisting in drilling operations is preferred.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of drilling equipment and site safety procedures.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical practices.

Skills
