POSITION: SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (PROJECT MANAGER)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from design to final handover.
• Plan project schedules, budgets, manpower, and materials effectively.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and pumps.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Qualification and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 8–10 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
• Project management certification is an advantage
