Job Description


The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote Wagwago Electric’s products and services. This role focuses on market research, campaign development, brand management, and digital marketing to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Assist in brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation efforts.
About You

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical products, technology, or retail sector.

Required Skills

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
    • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Proficient in copywriting for various marketing materials, including ads, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Ability to analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Experience in making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creativity and Organization:
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects from conception to completion.
    • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
