Responsible for supervising different sections of the kitchen; ensures consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes; supports and leads staff; and maintains hygiene and safety standards.

• Diploma or above in Food and Beverage Preparation or related field;
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef;
• Knowledge of international and local cuisines;
• Strong cooking, knife, and food preparation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and
• Good communication and leadership skills.
