Overview Alet Academy is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Academy Director to lead and oversee the school’s operations, academic programs, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and ensure the growth and success of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the academy.

• Develop and implement policies to enhance the academic and administrative performance of the school.

• Supervise and support teachers and staff to ensure quality education and a positive learning environment.

• Strengthen student enrollment and engagement initiatives.

• Foster relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the broader community

. • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards

. • Manage financial planning and resource allocation for the academy’s sustainability.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree/ Degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in educational leadership or school administration 2 years for Masters / 4 years for degree holders (works at a kindergarten academy is preferred).

• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills

. • Ability to work collaboratively and drive institutional growth.

• Ability to prepare reports for relevant stakeholders regarding academic performance, financial status, operational efficiency, and effectiveness.
