Job Summary:

• The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the hotel’s marketing strategies to drive revenue, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer engagement. This role involves implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating marketing materials, analyzing marketing performance, and supporting the overall sales and marketing objectives of the hotel. The Marketing Supervisor will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure consistent flowing of information. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and result-driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any related filed.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience.

Requirements

• Proficient in writing and speaking English
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
• Proficient in common office software (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Experience in PMS system(CNET)
