We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our project management team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating various project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management, with opportunities for growth and learning.

Scope of work
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and updates.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone on track.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing works.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met and any obstacles are reported to the project management office manager.
Duty station Addis Ababa

About You
Qualification MBA/MA in Project Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Education or related field

MSc in Construction Management

Work Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar
  • Experience in consultancy services & research (internship experience is also applicate)
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency of Lanugage : English (Reading & Writing)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Communication Skill: Report Writing & Presentation Skills
