Job Description


Deluxe properties Sister companies are Shining Stone International Business plc, Axis Foundation, Vittorio chemical Industries Plc. Deluxe properties are engaged in the Real Estate Business. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position CEO Executive Secretary.

Main Responsibility & Duties

A CEO Executive Secretary is responsible for managing the CEO’s daily schedule, handling sensitive communications, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth operations and allowing the CEO to focus on strategic decisions, all while maintaining confidentiality and exercising excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Acts as the Senior Manager’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the Company.
  • Provides a high quality secretarial and administrative support service.
  • Screening calls, handling emails, and directing correspondence to appropriate parties.
  • Acting as a communication bridge between the CEO’s office and other departments within the company.
  • Drafting letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Receives and deals with telephone calls professionally, re-direct or take messages and take initiative to deal with queries.
  • Sorts, distributes and responds or draft responses to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing office supplies, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
  • Provides high quality and professional office hospitality to visitors. Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Organize and manage the CEO’s domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Represent the CEO professionally in their absence at meetings, events, or calls when required
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving processes or addressing challenges in the office
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and plan accordingly to ensure efficient time management
About You

Qualification:

  • Educational Qualification: – MA/BA Degree Business Management, civil Engineering and
  • Any Other Related Field of study
  • Work Experiences: – 4/6 years and above at Similar Position

Technical Competency

  • Strong Organizational and planning Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
