Job Description


Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Administration Head on behalf of a private company.

Under the supervision of the Deputy Managing Director, the Administration Head oversee our company’s Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Monitor office supply inventory and purchases within budget.
  • Track costs to support budget planning.

About You

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Human Relations, Management or Business administration or a related field of study.
  • 7 Years for Master’s Degree or 10 years and above Bachelor’s Degree relevant work experience and experience in the labor /Manufacturing industry is an asset.
