Job Description


Position Overview:

DROGA PHARMA PLC is an import, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia.

Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ Employee with different professional background and work Experience. And now Droga Pharma PLC as a business unit, establishing a chain of pharmacies all over Ethiopia .

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend company products that best fulfill those needs.
  • Promptly submit purchase orders to sales operators .
  • Process payment, collect withholding and performance guarantee and advance payment guarantee; report to finance and tender team
  • Maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers via effective communication.
  • Regularly assess and updates competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to area  manager.
  •  Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updated account information regularly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
  • Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
  • Give customers in-person product demonstrations and details to them about the features and benefits of each item the company offers
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy,
  • More Than  two (2) years of Relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order processing and tracking.
