Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

 

Reports To: Manager – Digital Marketing Lead

 

Location: Headquarter, Bole, Addis Ababa

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and target KPIs.
  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website.
  • Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Optimize ad copy, bids, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage the target audience.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
  • Use content to drive traffic, engage the audience, and support SEO efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.
  • Implement website changes and updates as needed.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Suggest and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.

About You

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.

 

Competencies and Professional skills required:

  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and marketing ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in campaign management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
