Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues, and providing a seamless experience across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for B2B and B2C customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide customer support through social media and email.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving product  or service issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance call center performance and service quality.
  • Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet performance targets, including call response times and customer satisfaction metrics.

 

Location: Addis Ababa, Gerji, around Kadisco General Hospital, on the road to Gerji Mebrat Haile

 

Job Type: Full-Time

About You

Qualifications:

 

  • Diploma in any field.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
