Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticketing services for domestic and international flights.
• Utilize Galileo or Travelport systems for booking and issuing tickets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and travel advice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IATA regulations and travel policies.
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other related services.
