XYZ is a company that produces different kinds of flowers starting from 2006 based in Ziway, Oromia.

Roles and responsibilities

• Below are the lists of basic activities to be performed. However, the list must not be taken as being exhaustive and related activities that are not listed in here might be incorporated
• You are responsible for the stock in all the stores of the pack house
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with the farm’s internal procedures.
• Maintain all store records at all time
• Differentiate stock items from non-stock items
• Maintain updated inventory balance at all time
• Use bin card, stock card and other necessary cards
• Develop different strategy and formats for the better control
• Shortage, overage, fraud and misuse on inventory requires notification to the office on time
• Set reorder point, raising orders, minimum stock level
• Conduct physical counts of parts and reconcile records with physical count to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Ensure that the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse records such as issuing, receiving, purchase order and other related documents in appropriate places and with due care.
• Reconcile physical balances bin cards regularly by conducting stocktaking.
• Prepare trusted employee data to the secretary and the Management
• Prepare trusted data to the respective management upon request
• Prepare any reports as required by the Management
• Receiving, loading, and shelving all supplies.
• Any other duties as may be lawfully assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
