Job Description


The main responsibility will be managing the contracts between the various parties involved in a construction project. It includes preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, managing changes, resolving disputes, and ensuring that the parties fulfil their obligations as per the contract.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the contract: Know the different types of construction contracts, the contract life cycle, and the administration process
  • Communicating project information: Keep clients informed about the project’s progress, and present them with dashboards to help them understand where the project is at
  • Keeping accurate records: Ensure that all records are accurate
  • Being engaged in the project: Get involved in the project during the development and drawing phases
  • Being technically proficient: Have a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills

Salary: Negotiable

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction technology & management or Civil engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience for BSC and 10 years for MSC with at least 7 years as a Contract administration role in high Level construction companies.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of building construction process from design to completion
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage & motivate teams
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time & within budget
  • Knowledge of recent planning, design and other construction software’s
