Job Description


Komari, a leading beverage company specializing in Arada, a popular hard seltzer, is seeking a skilled and insightful Trade Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic market research team. As a Trade Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding market trends, customer satisfaction levels, and our product’s market share. Your findings will directly contribute to our strategic planning and decision-making processes, enabling Komari to maintain its competitive edge and navigate through market challenges efficiently.

  • Conduct comprehensive customer satisfaction and retail audit – market share research.
  • Design and execute surveys using various methodologies to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze survey data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed reports, dynamic dashboards, and engaging presentations based on data analysis.
  • Highlight key findings, recommendations, and the impact of trade marketing activations.
  • Provide real-time insights into market trends, customer satisfaction, market share, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate research findings and insights to internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, trade marketing).
  • Answer questions clearly and concisely, supporting responses with data.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing team to evaluate promotional strategies and activations.
  • Measure the impact of trade marketing initiatives on sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trade marketing campaigns.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned by his/her supervisor.

About You

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 -5 years of Proven experience in market research or a similar analytical role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying trends and insights in large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
