We are looking for an organized, proactive Training Coordinator to develop and enhance our team’s skills and maintain our service standards. This role will manage all aspects of employee training, including onboarding, continuous training, and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality and a passion for teaching and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and coordinate training programs for all hotel departments to ensure consistency in service quality.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to align with our hotel’s standards and culture.
• Assess training needs and support employee skill development through targeted programs.
• Regularly update training materials and methods, keeping current with industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and legal standards.
• Work closely with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

About You

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in a training or development role, within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Manager, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and
• Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for hospitality, patience, and an approachable demeanor.
