Under the general supervision of the General Manager (GM), the Marketing & Sales Department Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all activities related to sales, customer service, and marketing. Key responsibilities include:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and coordinating marketing functions to enhance overall sales performance.
• Developing realistic sales plans based on historical data and operational capacity.
• Implementing effective selling techniques to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings.
• Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and implementing responsive measures.
• Reporting pertinent sales data to the Finance, Budgeting & Costing Department as required.
• Formulating and implementing marketing and sales policies for efficient operations.
• Developing promotional tools and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Analyzing the product portfolio and proposing marketing strategies.
• Designing promotional tools to build awareness and trust with customers.
• Evaluating customer service and competitor strategies to improve product promotion.
• Preparing periodic reports on marketing activities and performance.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

Education and Qualifications:

• MSc /MA/MBA/BA Degree in civil engineering ,Economics, Marketing, Supplies Management  , Business Administration, Financial Economics, Management, Project Management & Other similar fields.
• With 10 to 14 years of  relevant experience.
