Job Description


Under the general supervision of the General Manager (GM), the Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the GM’s office, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication with guests and staff. Key responsibilities include:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing and administering the GM’s office.
  • Transmitting messages, instructions, and reminders from the GM to various departments.
  • Scheduling appointments for meetings with management and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing correspondence prepared for the GM’s signature.
  • Screening requests for meetings with the GM.
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate offices or personnel.
  • Safeguarding confidentiality of all information.
  • Ensuring the efficient handling and usage of office equipment and supplies.
  • Receiving visitors and assessing their concerns for appropriate referrals.
  • Managing incoming mail and routing it with appropriate files.
  • Filing correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Assigning reference numbers for incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

Skills 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment.
