Job Description


Who we are: Under Mind Maids Group, TrueMark Online Accreditation & Licensing Service would like to recruit competent, qualified, experienced, and skilled Admin Assistant staff in head office.

Role Overview: This role is a supportive role in an office. You are responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones, and doing other administrative work.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • The Admin assistants perform a variety of tasks to support office operations and other professionals
  • Greet visitors and manage phone calls
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, letters, and faxes
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists
  • Order office and stationary supplies
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes
  • Manage databases and update information in spreadsheets
  • Help plan events

Required Number of Manpower: One (1)

About You

Qualifications: 

  • BA Degree in Office Management, or Marketing, or Sales from a recognized Institution
  • Diploma in Customer Service from Ethiopian Aviation Academy
  • A minimum of 3 (Three) years Customer Service or Admin Assistant experience in Ethiopian Airlines, Hotels, Real Estate, and other Hospitality Industry.
