Job Description


About the Job

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the Administration Dept. including personnel, and general services.
  • Direct and control recruitment, placement, transfer, salary and benefits, administration work discipline, training, performance appraisal, termination of services, and grievance handling, ensuring conformance with the provisions of the labor law, in the administration of employees.
  • Assess the current and future manpower needs; plan training and recruitment programs to satisfy company needs;
  • Coordinate and participate in the negotiation of settlement of disputes; maintain good relations with employees; handle personnel grievances under the personnel policy and labor law, represent the company before the court of law or other administrative bodies regarding administrative issues.
  • Supervise and ensure the proper provision of general services including janitorial, custodial, communication, photocopying, printing, power supply, and maintenance services; follow up the settlement of utility bills.
  • Ensure efficient provision of communication services such as telephone, fax, internet, as well as water and electricity and sewerage services.
  • Direct and control the dispatch and maintenance of company vehicles
  • Follow up on insurance matters, including renewal of policies and lodging claims timely when accidents occur.
  • Supervise and ensure proper and safe employee files and record keeping.
  • Correspond and communicate with appropriate government offices, organizations, associations, and individuals in matters of administration.
  • Ensure adequate contract manpower supply as per the requirement
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job analyses, create job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure clear expectations and feedback for all employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify key positions within the organization and develop succession plans to ensure a smooth transition of talent
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Human resource department/Management or relevant fields.
  • Must be well aware of local land laws.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a department head /supervisory level
