Haron Polymers, one of the largest PVC raw material manufacturers in the country is seeking a dynamic and flexible Junior Production Supervisor, with a bachelor’s in chemistry / chemical engineering. Responsibility encompasses overseeing and coordinating the production activities in the PVC granules manufacturing department, and capability of handling multiple responsibilities from managing production schedules and ensuring the quality of output, to leading a team and maintaining safe working conditions. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving are key.

As a Junior Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes and ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Formulation Chemist

• Knowledge of formulation processes, testing, and product stability analysis.

Equipment Maintenance

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely servicing and maintenance of production equipment.

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership and supervision to production staff, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring work is completed on schedule.

Production Oversight

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations and timely output of PVC granules.

Quality Control

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that both internal and external specifications are met.
