Job Description


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish realistic and challenging sales quotas for each sales consultant
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to help sales consultants improve their skills and overcome challenges.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sales agents to assess their progress against goals, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies, contract terms, and closing techniques.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure deals are progressing smoothly and efficiently.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
  • Identify and address any bottlenecks or obstacles that may hinder sales.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field, Law, Sales & Marketing, or a related field

Salary/ Compensation: Attractive Commission + Performance based Bonuses
