Job Description


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients in different sources
  • Help buyers discover the perfect property by considering their preferences, priorities, and financial capabilities
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale
  • Stay up-to-date on current projects and offerings, general market conditions, prices, financing, and legalities
  • Make follow-up calls, pitch prospective customers, visit project sites, and close deals.
  • Maintain and update self-ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proficiently leverage all the digital and offline marketing tools creatively
  • Understanding of marketing & sales, and the Real Estate Industry
  • Coordinating sales efforts with the marketing program

Job Requirement

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field, Law, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Salary/ Compensation: Attractive Commission + Performance based Bonuses
