JOB SUMMARY of Nurse:

METI Trading Plc is seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate for Nurses that play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of peoples. They provide medical care, support, and education to human being while also implementing various strategies to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses. Generally, the Nurse serves as an essential for maintaining a healthy with strong focus on providing medical care and promoting wellness.

Detail responsibilities of the job include:

• These are the core activities and obligations of Nurse which are not limited to the following;
• Provide immediate medical care to peoples who sustain injuries or fall ill;
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and hazards;
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential health and safety hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Coordinate wellness programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being;
• Provide guidance and support to injury or sickness throughout the return-to-healthiness process;
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure on receiving appropriate medical care and treatment;
• Perform other tasks which are directed by immediate supervisors;

Salary: Negotiable based on work experience;

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills, Attitudes and Attributes of Nurse

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices;
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address potential health and safety risks.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and tools for conducting health assessments and screenings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
• Effective problem-solving skills to resolve workplace health and safety issues.
• Knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills;
• Ability to make logical and timely decisions;
• Counselling skill;

Education: B.Sc. Degree or College Diploma TVET Level IV with Certificate of Competency (COC) from Recognized University in Nurse or related education, and Having Industrial Health Care Training is highly desirable.

Experience: At least 3 (three) year work experience for B.Sc. Degree or Minimum 5 Year Work Experience for Level IV/ Diploma;

Sex/Gender: Only Female applicant is preferred;
