Responsibilities

The Assistant Technical Officer in a heavy truck service center is responsible for several key duties:

• Service Scheduling**: Ensure that the service schedule for the truck fleet is adhered to.
• Truck Monitoring**: Oversee the overall status of the trucks, including service requirements and their locations.
• Spare Parts Management**: Manage and document all spare parts associated with each truck.
• Cost Analysis**: Conduct a cost analysis for each truck to assess financial performance.

In summary, the position involves managing service schedules, monitoring truck performance and status, overseeing spare parts inventory, and analyzing costs related to the truck fleet.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• 1-to-2-year Experience in heavy trach workshops/garages/service centers or other facilities.
• Experience in logistics and transportation companies who have their service center is preferred
• Excellent English Language skills
