Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team at Nikalt Furniture Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and especially furniture and interiors and be able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Track sales and status report
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree (BE) or diploma, level 4 from a recognized university (college) in marketing, management, sales management and related fields.

Work experience:

  • 2/4 years of professional experience and basic computer knowledge.
  • Direct sales experience, preferably Furniture Sales experiences
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities
  • Strongly motivated and creative
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
