Job Description


Requirements

Education: At least BA Degree in communication, Journalism, Language studies, or related social science disciplines from accredited institute.

Experience: 5 years hands-on experience as Communications manager or officer, PR or liaison Officer in reputable business organization (s).

Other Capabilities: Full knowledge of Regional, municipal and departmental processes of govemment services; Shinning accomplishments or track record as senior PR or communication officer

Additional Requirement:

  • Mastery of the process and steps of government service delivery:
  • Tactful in going through bureaucracies around operational environment:
  • Knowledge and skill of communications, public relations, persuading and marketing best practices
  • Possess good writing skill and be able to compose engaging and accurate content.
  • Ability to identify ways to improve communication efforts
  • Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
  • Excellent interpersonal behavior
