About the Job

We are looking for a Factory Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and efficiency in a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations at the factory, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with factory management to optimize production costs and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage factory financial planning and analysis, including cost analysis and capital expenditure planning.
  • Lead and develop the factory finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or factory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
