Job Description


Summary

Ass/ Export Manger facilitate issuance of export and import declaration activities & overseeing all customs related issues, and maintain compliance with the international trade, and export administration regulations (ear), customs and border protection (CBP), foreign trade regulations (FTR) and Prepare & submit export shipment requests to concerned official & get approval, facilitate export shipments & follow up their status, effectively communicate with Customs personnel & agents

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Customs Compliance
  • Overseeing import / export declarations.
  • Maintaining an ongoing knowledge of Customs related legislation and requirements.
  • Dealing and overseeing all customs related issues.
  • Assist in development of the structure department of the department.
  • Assisting with training and development when needed
  • Prepare & submit export shipment requests to concerned official & get approval
  • Facilitate export shipments & follow up their status
  • Effectively communicate with Customs staffs and Customs agents
  • Establish the operational terms and contractual structure for working with reseller partners
  • Closely work with various internal and external partners & stakeholders
  • Ensure export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading accuracy & timely received.
  • Communicate with international partners, including buyers, distributors, agents and suppliers
  • Receive export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading & ensure accuracy & timely received.
  • Ensure shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements prepared are appropriate & timely
  • Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations & proper facilitation of our export issues
  • Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints
  • Handle any additional duties assigned by Export Manager

Job Requirement

Qualification :  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Distribution, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Technology or related fields

Minimum Years of Experience: 3- 5 years’ experience in coffee export & logistics is required and highly analytical & attention to details with excellent communication skills & negotiation power.
