Addis Ababa University Employees’ Savings and Loan Cooperative Limited Liability Company is one of the largest employee savings and Credit Cooperatives in Ethiopia. Accumulating assets worth 700 million birr and serving more than 6,000 individuals, the Cooperative is a cornerstone of financial support and development for its members.

Requirements

Qualifications : Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.

Relevant Work Experience :

  • Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders and 8 years for Master’s degree holders.
  • Of this experience, at least two years should have been in a managerial position.

Additional Requirements :Candidates must have prior experience working as a manager in a savings and loan cooperative or microfinance institution.
