SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Intern will complete an internship by executing tasks as assigned within a limited and agreed period of time, and with relevant skills and knowledge, contribute to the function’s area of expertise.The roles are based in Adama, Adama Industrial Park and Addis Ababa & reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in local purchasing tasks
• Align with internal stakeholders as required
• Assist in evaluating optimal logistics solutions to support a cost-effective flow of goods to and from the site.
• Assist in updating local parameters in Matrix as instructed
• Support supplier invoice control in line with company guidelines.
• Assist and support in tasks related to customs procedures and regulations
• Follow up and report on agreed KPIs
• Manage defined IM categories on delegation

Job Requirements

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
