Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure that all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality system
• Managing basic warehouse operations; such as receiving materials based on purchase requisitions, proper storage of all received materials, reporting GRN to user and supply chain department and issuance of materials when needed
• Properly plan and monitor the storage of any hazardous and other materials in accordance with requirements.
• Monitor the labeling and coding of every commodity in the warehouse to minimize search time
• Monitoring that proper stock levels are maintained and any materials at reorder points are initiated for purchasing by discussing with the planning and user department.

Requirements

Qualification :

• BA or MA degree in logistics and supply chain management or business management or accounting and finance
• 4+ years related Experience
