Job Summary

• Risk and Compliance Management Officer is responsible to review loss and risk trend (severity and frequency).
• Reviews relevant research output on the Bank’s process, product and services from risk angle,
• Identifies risks inherent in the Bank’s operational system and procedure,
• Identifies, analyzes and measures potential risks,
• Develops and updates inventory of rules, regulations, guidelines and practices,
• Identifies International, national laws and regulations that affects the operation of the Bank;,
• Analyzes and estimates the consequences of non-compliance,
• Considers and identifies any uncertainties which lead to compliance.

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree Accounting or Economics or Management or Business Administration with a Minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operations
